Today: deleted is deleted
An appointment deleted by mistake comes back with one click
The nurse deletes an appointment she only meant to move. In a paper diary she would cross it out and write it again. Here it is gone, and the patient will ask.
How it works
- A deleted appointment or patient goes to the bin.
- You find it there and restore it with one click.
- Erasure at a patient’s request is a different thing: that does not come back from the bin.

- How long do things stay in the bin?
- They wait there until you restore them or empty them out.
- Is it the same as erasing a patient?
- No. Erasure at the patient’s request is a separate function and does not come back from the bin.
- Who may restore things?
- The surgery team. The history records who restored what.
