Delete a patient together with all their records
A patient asks the surgery to hold nothing about them. The nurse does not know where all their data sits and would rather do nothing. The request is left unanswered.
How it works
- The patient asks to be erased.
- You confirm the erasure in their record.
- Their symptom records go too. After erasure a patient does not come back from the bin.
Erasure at the patient’s request deletes their data in Zuboklik together with their symptom records and cannot be undone. Whatever the surgery must keep by law lives in its own medical records, outside Zuboklik.Last updated 22 September 2026

- Are medical records erased too?
- Those are not in Zuboklik; they stay in your own software under their own rules.
- Can an erasure be undone?
- No. Unlike the bin, erasure is final.
- What about an unpaid fee?
- Settle the fees before the erasure; afterwards there is nobody left to attach them to.
