Hygiene recall in 3, 4 or 6 months and a Who to call list

Today: calling patients about their hygiene every FridayPatients are called about their next hygiene in half a year from a notebook or from memory. Those who do not get in touch themselves often drop out altogether.

How it works

  1. In the patient record you choose a recall in 3, 4 or 6 months and see the approximate date of the next hygiene.
  2. When the recall is due, the patient gets an SMS with a link to book the visit themselves.
  3. Whoever has not booked even after the SMS is on the Who to call list, in the hygienist's My day and at the clinic reception. The phone number is clickable.

What you do

Pick 3, 4 or 6 months for the patient.
