Today: “Can I come another time?” over the phone
The patient moves the appointment, you just see it
On Monday morning a patient works out he will not make Thursday. He rings the surgery, the nurse puts the instruments down and hunts for a new time with him. It happens several times a day.

How it works
- The patient opens the appointment on their phone and chooses to move it.
- They pick from the free times that have the right length.
- The old time is released at once. Moving is allowed only as far ahead as you set; after that, by phone.
What you do
Set how far ahead rescheduling is allowed.
Common objections
- What if a patient keeps shuffling it around?
- You set how far ahead rescheduling is allowed. The appointment history shows every change with its time.
- Do we find out in time?
- The change is in the calendar at once, and the overview of today’s changes has it together with the rest.
- And a patient who wants nothing to do with a phone?
- They book with the nurse as before. Nothing changes for them.
