The patient gets out of the chair and wants an appointment in three weeks, ideally Monday morning. The nurse pages back and forth through the calendar while the patient waits at the desk. With a long waiting time that takes minutes.
How it works
- The nurse types the request in plain words, for example “NEXT WEEK 20 MINUTES MONDAY”.
- Zuboklik understands the time, the length and the day of the week, and lists every free appointment that fits.

Common objections
- Does the nurse have to type it in some special way?
- No. She types an ordinary sentence and part of the details is enough. With no length given, the recommended one is used.
- What if nothing fits?

- Will a new nurse pick this up?
