A shared program raises the question of who can see the data. The answer “nobody outside” convinces no one without an explanation. This worry ends a conversation sooner than the price does.
How it works
- Each surgery has its own space for its data.
- Only that surgery’s team has access to it.
- Surgeries within a clinic are separated too; the owner sees summaries for their own clinic.

- No. One surgery’s data is kept apart from everyone else’s.
- Can the operator see the data?
- Access to data is set out in the data processing agreement, which also lists the sub-processors.
- And inside a clinic?
- Each surgery has its own calendar. The clinic owner sees summary overviews.
