Nobody gets booked on a public holiday by mistake
Today: you book a patient on 28 October and find out in the morningHolidays are typed into the calendar by hand, or not at all. A patient then books 28 October and finds out at a locked door.
How it works
- Zuboklik knows the Czech public holidays, Easter included. Nothing to enter.
- When a doctor, nurse or hygienist books a patient on a holiday, the booking window shows a warning naming the holiday.
- The patient sees the holiday in their calendar in blue marked “Holiday – closed” and cannot book it online.
What you do
Nothing, Zuboklik knows the Czech holidays itself.
Common objections
- What if we are open on a holiday?
- In the office it is only a warning, you can still book the patient. Patients cannot book a holiday online.
- Do we have to enter the holidays every year?
- No. Zuboklik works them out itself, even Easter, which moves every year.
