The hygienist's day at a glance
Today: leafing through the calendar and records every morningThe hygienist puts the day together from the calendar and the records every morning. Whether a patient has the doctor's indication, comes for the first time or for a recall only shows at the chair.
How it works
- The hygienist signs in and sees My day instead of the calendar. Tomorrow and the calendar are one click away.
- Each patient shows the time, the length, the age, a first visit, recall or child label, the indication and the reason for the visit.
- When the indication is missing, one click asks the doctor for it. At the top are the visits still waiting for a price and the patients to call.
What you do
Nothing. The hygienist sees it right after signing in.
Common objections
- Does the hygienist have to confirm anything here?
- No. My day is an overview, nothing needs clicking through.
- Can the hygienist see tomorrow's patients too?
- Yes, one button switches to tomorrow.
- What if a patient has no indication?
- The row is highlighted and the doctor gets a request for the indication.
