Visit length for a particular patient
Today: “Mrs Novák always needs half an hour more”Only the hygienist knows that a patient needs more time. The reception books the usual length and the visit runs into the next patient.
How it works
- In the patient record the plus and minus buttons extend or shorten the length.
- Every further booking of this patient, at the reception or online, gets this length.
- The reception can extend the length of one visit, never shorten it. The record shows who changed the length.
