The surgery keeps its records in another program and nobody is going to retype them. Without patients, online booking has nothing to stand on. So the whole thing is put off.
How it works
- You export a file from PC DENT following the instructions in the settings.
- You upload it and see at once how many patients came across.
- With any other export, from XDENT or a spreadsheet for instance, we transfer the patients for you free of charge.

- What if the file is in another format?
- Send it to us and we transfer it free of charge. We come back to you with the result.
- Does it create duplicate records?
- Patients are matched on the birth number and the phone number, so the same record is not created twice.
