PIN login is much simpler than passwords - just birth number is enough. For patients without internet access, nurse can book using text search ('NEXT WEEK 25 MINUTES MONDAY MORNING'). We're also planning AI phone line for future.
SMS are charged separately at 1.20 CZK per SMS. This corresponds to standard SMS gateway prices in Czech Republic. Typical practice sends about 1000 SMS monthly (confirmations + reminders).
Yes. We support import from PCDENT, XML, CSV, JSON and other text formats. If you have data in another system, we'll help you with transition.
Currently we don't communicate interactively with other applications. We only support importing patients from various formats. However, we plan to make progress in connecting with other dental systems in the future.
Zuboklik is not directly designed to support multiple practices within one account. However, you can create separate account for each practice.
Yes. All sensitive data is encrypted. We're fully GDPR compliant. Servers are in EU. Server access is only possible through security key.
