The patient saves the appointment to their own calendar
The patient memorises the appointment and then another meeting lands on top of it. They do not turn up, not out of ill will, but because it was never written down. The chair stands empty.
How it works
- On the appointment the patient taps to save it to their calendar.
- An event with the time, the length and the surgery address lands on their phone.
- Their own phone reminds them. Alongside that, the SMS reminder goes out the day before, if you have it on.
What you do
Nothing.
Common objections
- Does it work on iPhone and Android?
- Yes, on both. It uses the ordinary invitation format.
- Does the invitation change when the appointment moves?
- After a move the patient saves a new invitation. What counts is the time in Zuboklik.
- Does it replace the SMS reminder?
- No, it is on top of it. The SMS reminder is switched on separately.
