Today: retyping the details in a new place
Move an appointment by cutting and pasting it
An appointment is moved by deleting the old one and writing a new one. The details are retyped by hand and the note is lost. Now and then the wrong one gets deleted.
How it works
- You tap the scissors on the appointment.
- You tap the new place in the calendar and paste.
- Everything comes across, the note included. It cannot be pasted into a taken place.
What you do
Nothing.
Common objections
- Can it be undone?
- You move it back again, and the history shows both changes.
- Does the note come across?
- Yes, the whole appointment moves.
- Does the patient find out?
- After the move they get an SMS, if you have that type switched on.
