Worry: “This is for a single dentist”
A clinic with several surgeries and an owner’s overview
A clinic with three dentists keeps three calendars, each run differently. Who covers for whom, and where there is room, is known only to whoever is standing there. The owner has no way to put it together.
How it works
- In the wizard you create the clinic and the surgeries under it.
- Each dentist has their own calendar and their own opening hours.
- The clinic owner signs straight into the overview of every surgery. The calendars stay separate.

Common objections
- Can the hygienist be a surgery of her own?
- Yes. A hygiene surgery has its own calendar and its own treatment lengths.
- Does a dentist see a colleague’s calendar?
- As far as you allow. Covering for a colleague can be marked right in the calendar.
- Is each surgery paid for separately?
- The price follows the price list, which sets out how clinic surgeries are counted.
