An SMS reminder the day before
The appointment is agreed three months ahead and the patient forgets it. The nurse rings round the day before, between treatments, getting to as many as time allows. The rest come up in the morning, with the chair standing empty.
How it works
- You switch on the appointment reminder message type.
- The day before, the patient gets a message with the time and the address.
- You see the count and the cost of the messages as you go. You pay only for what actually went out.

Nothing. You see the cost of the messages up front.
Common objections
- Is this our own measurement?
- No. It is a foreign study on SMS reminders, named next to the number. We do not present our numbers as someone else’s.
- Can we choose who gets a message?
- Message types are switched on and off one by one, so you choose what goes out.
- What will it cost us?
- You pay for the messages sent and see the count in the app header. During the trial they are free.
