One person books the whole family
A mother books herself, two children and the grandmother. That is four phone calls, each time the same details again. The nurse spends a quarter of an hour on it.
How it works
- The patient adds family members to their account.
- When booking, they choose who the appointment is for.
- The length is worked out for whoever is coming. Only a family member already in your records can be added.

- What if the family splits up?
- You remove the link in the patient record and they stop seeing further appointments.
