The whole year on one screen
A year of time off is planned in December over a paper calendar. Then it is copied into the system month by month. One week in the summer gets forgotten.
How it works
- You open the year view.
- You see holidays, bank holidays and shortened days a year ahead.
- Time off is marked right here. Planning does not go further than a year ahead.

- Does the nurse see it too?
- Yes, the year view is for the dentist and the nurse alike.
- Are bank holidays pre-filled?
- Public holidays are marked in the calendar; you confirm the closure yourself.
- Does the patient see a year ahead?
- The patient sees when you are closed. How far ahead they may book is up to you.
