The patient pays from a QR code in an SMS
A patient is to pay a fee and the nurse dictates the account number down the phone. He writes it on a scrap of paper and gets one digit wrong. The payment arrives with no reference and nobody knows whose it is.
How it works
- The patient gets an SMS with a QR code.
- The code opens their banking app with the amount and the reference filled in.
- The patient confirms the payment in their own bank. Zuboklik never receives or holds the money.

Common objections
- Does the patient need a smartphone?
- For the QR code, yes. Anyone without one pays by transfer or at the surgery.
- Do we see that the patient has paid?
- Yes. The fee is marked paid from the bank notice, matched on the payment reference.
- Do we take treatment payments through it?
- No. This is about missed-appointment fees, not billing for treatment.
