What you do

Common objections
- Does the nurse have to do this for everyone?
- It is one tap on the appointment. Without it the appointment counts as unfinished.
- Does it lead to a missed-appointment fee?
- Only if you switch the fee on. The history alone raises nothing.
- Does the patient see it?
- The patient sees their appointments, not the surgery’s notes on attendance.
