How it works
- The patient opens the surgery link and signs in.
- They pick what is bothering them and choose one of the free appointments offered.
- The booking holds immediately. Only a patient already in your records can book online.
What you do
Nothing. Anyone who would rather not is booked by the nurse as before.
Common objections
- Do we have to confirm every booking?
- No. The appointment is valid at once, and the overview of today’s changes shows it together with the rest.
- Can anyone off the internet book like this?
- No. Only a patient you already have in your records, with a verified phone number.
- And older patients?
- They book with the nurse as before, or someone in the family books for them from one account.
