Online booking set up your way
A dentist’s commonest worry is not that patients will ignore it. It is that the calendar will fill with things that do not belong there. So online booking never gets switched on.
How it works
- You choose which reasons for a visit are offered online.
- You set how far ahead and how close to the time booking and rescheduling are allowed.
- Only a patient in your records can book online. There is no single switch for booking as a whole; new sign-ins stop when you turn off the verification SMS.

- Can we offer check-ups only?
- Yes. You pick which reasons for a visit appear online; the nurse books the rest.
- What if we want booking stopped altogether?
- There is no one switch for it. Turn off the verification SMS and new sign-ins stop, or narrow the reasons offered.
- Can we try it for part of the day only?
- Yes. Online booking follows the opening hours and the blocks you set.
