Find a patient by name or by phone number
A patient rings and the nurse hunts for the card. The name can be spelt two ways and the number on file is not the one they are calling from. The search takes longer than the booking.
How it works
- The nurse types part of the name or the phone number.
- Zuboklik lists what matches.
- The patient has their contact details and appointment history. Medical records are not in Zuboklik and do not belong here.

- No. Those stay in your practice software. Zuboklik handles booking.
- Will it find a patient with a typo in the name?
- It searches on part of the name and on the phone number, so a typo usually does not matter.
- Who can see the records?
- Only your surgery’s team. One surgery’s data is separate from everyone else’s.
