Foreign patients book in English, Slovak or Ukrainian
A patient with no Czech rings the surgery. The nurse struggles through English across the desk, and the birth number he does not have takes ten minutes to sort out. The appointment ends up with the surname misspelt.
How it works
- The patient picks a language: Czech, Slovak, English or Ukrainian.
- They book themselves, birth number or not — they are issued a Zuboklik number instead.
- The dentist and the nurse can work in Czech or English. The other two languages are for patients.

- Does a foreign patient need a birth number?
- No. They are issued a Zuboklik number, which serves the same purpose.
- Does the SMS arrive in their language?
- Messages go out in the language the patient chose.
- Can the nurse switch it too?
- The team interface is in Czech and English, switched in the account settings.
