The patient says nobody told him about the change. The nurse is sure she rang him. Neither can prove it and the surgery gives way.
How it works
- Every change to an appointment records itself.
- On the appointment you see who created or changed it, and when.
- You also see when an SMS went out. A record cannot be edited or deleted.

- Can the history be edited?
- No. Records are only added; they cannot be overwritten.
- Does the nurse see the history?
- The surgery team sees an appointment’s history. The summary overviews are for the dentist and the clinic owner.
- Is it proof the SMS arrived?
- It shows when it was sent. Zuboklik does not judge delivery to the handset.
